Custom DietMeal plans are calorie counted and calculated with strategic design for your body’s requirements and personal goals. General lifestyle , occupation type, and your BMR(basal metabolic rate) are considered when determining your baseline calorie count. This can vary widely from person to person. Body types(ectomorph, endomorph, mesomorph), gender, and age also play a role in calculating the baseline.
If your goal is to lose body fat mass, we must ensure we are in a calorie deficit: meaning we must burn more calories than we consume each day, consecutively. The opposite plays out if the goal is to gain lean body mass; we must have a surplus of calories each day. Food types, meal timing, and structure will change based on goals.
Custom WorkoutsMy workout designs are targeted specifically to shape your body for aesthetic appeal.(unless sport specific) Weaker/problem areas become a top priority. Balance and proportions are key when attaining aesthetic appeal. Aside from looks, strength and conditioning are not overlooked. We all want to look good; however, being functional, mobile, and athletic should remain just as high a priority as appeal. Depending on your goals, cardio, LISS(low intensity steady state) and HIIT(high intensity interval training) may be necessary. Flexibility, probably the most neglected aspect of fitness in my opinion, will be incorporated into all programs.

Online CoachingEvery client is required to take descriptive progress photos each week along with body weights everyday. You will be issued a check-in day/time where i will assess your progress or lack there of each week. Updates will occur to your program as needed. On going email and text support is available.
